What we collect and why
Booking request: name, email, phone number, flight number, pickup and drop-off addresses, dates, times, number of passengers and child seats. We use them to organise your transfer, confirm it and contact you about it.
Until you send it, your booking request is stored only in your own browser (local storage), so you can come back to it. Nothing is sent to us before you confirm.
Contact: the contact form prepares a message that you send yourself through WhatsApp or your email application. We keep the exchange for as long as needed to answer you and to handle your transfer.
How long we keep it
Booking and contact data is kept for the time needed to provide the service, then for the period required by French accounting and tax rules. It is never sold or passed on for advertising.
Who else processes it
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. When you write to us on WhatsApp, Meta Platforms processes the exchange under its own terms.
Audience measurement and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It is loaded only after you accept it in the cookie banner. If you refuse, no measurement cookie is set and nothing is sent to Google.
With your consent, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_3XFVCW9P1F, kept for up to 2 years, and Google LLC processes the data. Analytics data is kept for 14 months on Google's side. No advertising feature is enabled.
Your choice is stored in your own browser (local storage key pdt-consent), not in a cookie, until you change it or clear your browsing data. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; refusing deletes the measurement cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive your data, to restrict or object to its processing, by writing to parisdisneytransfer.pro@gmail.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
